Server/Cashier

*Job Summary*Kiosk cashier and server is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role includes taking orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service.*Responsibilities**1. Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service.* Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.* Offer samples to customers* Answer any customer questions and address complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner.*2. Food and Beverage Preparation:** Prepare and serve food items such as fruit cups, beverages, nachos, corn in a cup, among other snacks.* Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of the food being served.* Maintain clean and organized food preparation and serving areas.*3. Cash Handling:** Operate cash registers, receive payments, and give accurate change.* Keep track of sales and report any discrepancies to the General Manager* Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.*4. Stocking and Inventory:** Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed.* Keep an accurate inventory of stock and report any shortages to the manager.* Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.*5. Cleaning and Maintenance:** Clean and sanitize all equipment and surfaces regularly.* Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.* Ensure that the kiosk complies with health and safety regulations at all times.*6.
