*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all to-go orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.*Responsibilities** Manage incoming phone calls and assist customers with their to-go orders.* Accurately input orders into the Toast POS system, ensuring all details are correct.* Prepare food items for takeout, adhering to quality and presentation standards.* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and dining space.* Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency.* Seat customers, provide menus, and drinks as needed.* Assist wait staff with dine-in customers.*Requirements** Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.* Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.* Excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Join our team as a To-go Specialist and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.48 per hourAbility to Commute:* Waterford, MI 48327 (Required)Work Location: In person
