Some of our current groomers work *four 10-hour days* to enjoy long weekends, while others spread their hours across the week—it’s all about finding what works best for you.We groom a *maximum of 6 dogs per day*, ensuring you have time to do quality work without burning out.*Duties & Responsibilities:** Provide professional, compassionate grooming for a variety of dog breeds* Communicate clearly and confidently with pet parents about coat care and grooming needs* Check in/out dogs and schedule follow-up appointments when needed* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area* Support your teammates and step in when help is needed* Process client payments and retail purchases as needed* Follow shop safety and pet handling procedures* Uphold our standards of care, professionalism, and client satisfaction*What We’re Looking For:** 2+ years of professional grooming experience* Excellent communication skills with clients and coworkers* Ability to work independently without needing supervision* Comfortable grooming a variety of breeds with care and confidence* Passion for your craft and a desire to grow within the industry* Strong team players only—we're a drama-free, respectful salon and plan to keep it that way.Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.44 - $21.36 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Paid time offCompensation Package:* TipsSchedule:* Day shiftApplication Question(s):* What is your favorite dog breed to groom?
