This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair on all plastic injection molding machinery and equipment including robots, chillers, thermolators and hot running systems.*Essential Duties May Include: ** Repairing, troubleshooting, and inspecting all mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment* Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on machines and robots according to specifications* Regularly checking heater bands, rings and pulling screws / barrels* Safely utilizing the proper equipment to access jobs to both remove and install parts*The ideal candidate will have*:* Three plus (3+) year, of prior plastic injection molding maintenance experience (required)* Ability to follow established procedures, read blueprints and maintain accurate records* Understanding of auxiliary, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, robots and machines* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English*Physical Demands of position:** Ability to work in loud manufacturing environment* Occasional need to bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.* Frequent walking / standingJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.69 - $24.92 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
