*Job description**Residential Team Lead**All required training is provided.**$19.00 per hour starting wage.** Day Hours- 10:00am-6:00pm* Monday-Friday*We have an awesome bonus for new hires.** *$300 after 3 months of the hire date if you're still with us** *another $300 after 6 months of the hire date if you're still with us** *an extra $900 after 12 months of the hire date if you're still with us!**We have a great benefits package!**About Us:*Tri-Ko is a non-profit that strives to promote opportunities for persons with disabilities and to support their choices in life.We have positions open in the Miami and Linn county areas.*Job Description:*In this role you will get to help adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities live their best lives. You will get to:* Supervise and assist your staff as they help folks with their basic daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and taking medications.* Insure a safe, clean and orderly environment in our clients’ homes that they (and you) can feel proud of.* Help ensure our clients are receiving the best care possible by attending their team meetings and helping to update their support plans.* Assist the Department Director in managing all the proper documentation (fire/tornado drills, house inspections, med administration, attendance records, etc.).* Train and coach your staff into becoming the best possible caregivers that they can be.* Brighten people’s lives by helping the schedulers ensure that their houses are always properly staffed.* So much more!*Residential Team Lead Qualifications:** Must be least 18+ years of age* Will need reliable transportation* Should have a current and valid Driver's License* Pass all background checks* Management experience preferred but not required* Ability to maintain confidentiality of the people we serve* Ready to make a positive difference in the lives of others!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* On call* Weekends as neededExperience:* Direct support: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
