Currently serving Franklin, Licking and Marion Counties of Ohio.Community Living experiences, Inc. has a career opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team as an entry level supervisor.*Career Role and Responsibilities:*The Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role with our Consumers, and our Team Members. As the Site Coordinator you* Prepare schedules for your direct reports.* Required to do rotating on-call.* Conduct monthly house meetings with your direct reports.* Attend meetings with the Support Team identifying new goals for personal growth for our Consumers.* Provides feedback after interviewing potential new hires.* Monitor billing/ payroll for accuracy* Provide a safe living/working environment for both our Consumers and Team Members.Are you the qualified individual Community Living Experiences, Inc. is looking for?
