Grounds Keeper / Maintenance Person

_*Hunters Creek Manufactured Home Community*_is currently seeking a _*Groundskeeper/Maintenance person*_that has an eye for detail andsome knowledge with Manufactured Homes.The following job functions are required for the success for this job._*The Grounds:*_( Maintaining all common areas & both entrances both Summer and Winter )( Picking up trash around the Community Daily )( Maintaining the trimming of grass and branches )_*The Pool/Clubhouse/PlayArea:*_( Maintaining the pool and shower area daily when in season )( Cleaning of the Clubhouse / Play Area - Daily)_*Maintenance to LTO Homes:*_( Inspect all LTO Homes on a Daily basis )( Cleaning of the Home before rehab and after )( Keeping up with the maintenance of the landscaping )( Light repairs when needed )_*General Responsibilities:*_( Assist with Community Manager with supervising onsite work )( Help with keeping the safety in our Community )( Operating vehicles and machinery in a responsible matter )( Assisting with other Duties and Projects as they arise )_*Job Type: *_Full Time( 40hrs - Monday - Friday - with Saturdays as needed )( When snow falls have to maintain Community until snow stops)_*Salary:*_( $14.00-$17.00 hour based on Experience )Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Commute:* Lapeer, MI (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Lapeer, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
