Job Description

*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house activities, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food service industry, particularly in areas such as catering, coffee service, and restaurant management.*Duties** Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.* Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain an efficient team.* Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery.* Assist in interviewing and hiring new front-of-house personnel.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance the dining experience.* Implement effective food management practices to optimize inventory and reduce waste.* Support bartending operations by ensuring proper stock levels and assisting with drink preparation as needed.* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.*Requirements** Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role within the restaurant industry.* Strong knowledge of catering operations, food production processes, and kitchen management.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.* Familiarity with coffee service standards and practices is a plus.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.Join us in creating memorable dining experiences while leading a passionate team dedicated to excellence in service!Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.51 - $29.52 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee discountShift:* Evening shiftWork Location: In person
