Shift Manager

We are professional, inclusive, fast-paced and our goal is to deliver outstanding QSC by coordinating people, equipment and product to grow sales profitability, and achieving total customer satisfaction one shift at a time.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Shift Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing staff and overseeing operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the shift, monitoring staff performance, and providing feedback and guidance to team members. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.*Responsibilities:** Ensure that all staff are following company policies and procedures.* Performed audits of food safety to verify compliance with standards.* Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet customer demands.* Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order.* Train and mentor new employees.* Provide feedback to staff on performance.* Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.* Ensure that all areas of the store are clean and organized.*Qualifications:** Proven experience in shift management and team leadership* Strong communication skills to effectively manage staff and customer interactions* Expertise in food service management and kitchen operations* Familiarity with inventory control and cash handling procedures* Experience with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros* Background in training and developing staff in a fast-paced environmentOur work environment includes:* Flexible working hours* Company perks* On-the-job training* Safe work environment* Growth opportunitiesThis job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s Corporation or McDonald’s USA, LLC.
