Kitchen and Dining Staff

*Introduction:*We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team and assist with the daily operation of our taproom's kitchen. The kitchen and dining staff will be assist in preparing and cooking food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting the kitchen lead with various tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have strong teamwork skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.*Responsibilities:** Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards and recipes* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to cleaning schedules and safety protocols* Assist with various tasks as needed* Follow instructions and guidelines from the kitchen lead* Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools* Prepares, stores pizza sauces and toppings* Prepares and stores pizza dough* Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized* Delivering orders to table* Bussing tables*Qualifications:*Kitchen and Dinning Staff will need to complete and maintain food service handling certifications.*Kitchen and Dinning Staff requirements** Strong teamwork skills* Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload* Knowledge of food safety guidelines* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)* Positive and supportive work environmentJob Type: Part-timePay: $7.25 - $9.25 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Paid trainingShift:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Georgetown, KY 40324: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)License/Certification:* Food Handler Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
