No problem!*Positive, drama-free culture* where you’re appreciated*All cleaning supplies provided* — you bring the hustle, we bring the tools*Feel-good mission:* We donate free cleanings to cancer patients*What You’ll Be Doing** Clean and sanitize residential homes — including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms — with a high level of detail and care* Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect surfaces, and deep-clean problem areas as needed* Restock cleaning supplies in company-provided kits* Follow a step-by-step cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and client satisfaction* Report damages, maintenance issues, or client feedback to management in a timely and professional manner* Manage your daily route and schedule efficiently to stay on time* Communicate clearly and politely with clients, teammates, and management* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance while in uniform* Safely handle cleaning equipment and products according to provided training and safety standards* Take before-and-after photos or job notes as needed to document your work* Work independently or occasionally in a team, depending on job size and complexity*Who We’re Looking For*This is the perfect role for someone who:* Takes pride in doing excellent, detailed work* Able to clean up to 3 houses per day* Is reliable, punctual, and thrives on routine* Wants a stable job with consistent hours* Is physically able to move, lift (up to 20 lbs), kneel, bend, and stay on their feet* Can commit to *Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Flexible arrangements for Part-time** Has a *valid driver’s license* and *reliable transportation**Our Commitment to You*We invest in our people.
