Production Inkjet Operator

We are a family owned and operated print shop with nearly 60 years industry experience. We are looking to fill multiple openings in our inkjet printing department. You will work under the direction of our operations supervisor to ensure production goals are being met and quality products are being produced and shipped to our customers on time. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.*Imprint Operator (Second Operator)*Shift: 1st shift (8a-4p) Mon-FriLocation: Loudonville_Summary:_ Work in iJet imprint department under direction of Operations supervisor and as a valuable part of the team to ensure production goals are being met and quality products are being produced and shipped to our customers on time. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team._Primary Responsibilities:_· Properly count and box finished books coming off imprint press line in a safe and efficient manner.· Accurately label and track boxes per customer orders.· Prepare press area for upcoming orders while operator performs job change overs.· Operate iJet printer when lead operator is unavailable or as needed.· Assist in proofing imprint quality and accuracy._Requirements:_· Must obey and follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.· Must have ability to lift up to 40 lbs, possess good physical dexterity and ability to spend all or most of the day on your feet as required by schedule.· Must have strong multi-tasking skills· Must work well in a fast paced environment.· Strict adherence to Truax Printing Rules of Conduct, as described in Employee Manual, and drug free workplace policy.· Overtime and weekend work is required when requested by management.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Retirement planAbility to Commute:* Loudonville, OH 44842 (Required)Work Location: In person
