Our commitment to safety, innovation, and service excellence drives us—and now we’re looking for motivated team players to join our Field Services Team.What You’ll Do:As an Associate Field Technician, you’ll get immersive training while traveling extensively to customer sites. You’ll learn to perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on fluid and gas systems that support mission-critical operations.This role requires over 80% overnight travel, including 30-50% night shifts and must be available to work significant overtime including holidays, weekends & short notice.Responsibilities:Set up and operate specialized equipment for cleaning & passivation of vessels and pipingWork with hazardous chemicals such as citric acid and caustics in a safe, compliant mannerHandle chemical processes safely using PPE and according to company protocolLoad/unload equipment and chemicals for each projectDrive company vehicles to customer job sites (trucks, vans, forklift, etc.)Perform physical work in diverse environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops, etc.)Maintain organized, clean workspaces in alignment with 5S/CEO standardsComplete OSHA and company safety training, and follow all safety proceduresTravel extensively—80%+ by land or air (overnight travel required)Who We’re Looking For: We hire for attitude and train for success.
