Handyman/Jack-of-all-Trades/Estate Manager

One of Albemarle County premier estates is looking for an Estate Manager to handle the day to day operations of maintaining such a prestigious property. This is a full time position with benefits. Individual should be be a jack of all trades to handle whatever may be needed. Perhaps fixing a leaking faucet, hang a light fixture, chain saw some trees down, hedge, pruning, weeding, power washing, cleaning gutters, patch a wall, maintain equipment, etc. Whatever is needed. Will work closely with other vendors to ensure they are doing their jobs. Individual must have an eye for detail and be able to work with minimum supervision.
