*Job Overview*Due to company growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing and production environment. The Manufacturing/Production Administrator supports the Operations team by handling administrative tasks, documentation processing, data entry, record keeping, and coordinating various aspects of the production process. This position plays a key role in supporting the production process, ensuring the smooth flow of information, documentation, and coordination between the manufacturing organization and other departments. This role is tailored for a highly organized and proactive individual who excels in both administrative assistance and operational functions.*Key Responsibilities:*● Create production work orders and process build completions; resolve related inventory quantity and/or allocation issues.● Manage and coordinate outsourced assemblies and all related transactions.● Prepare material transfer orders as needed to support the manufacturing schedule.● Analyze costs and variances related to production assembly orders.● Provide purchasing support for production consumable supplies.● Assist with management of schedules and deadlines for production activities.* Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.* Work with warehouse manager to review inventory levels and suggest specific item cycle counts as needed. Monitor and oversee weekly finished units inventory levels.* Responsible for tracking and reporting Operation metrics, including but not limited to, work order completions, unit stocking levels, on-time and late shipments, RMA status log, quality issues.* Assisting in maintaining quality standards and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.* Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to streamlining efforts.● Communicate and collaborate with other departments like sales, engineering, and finance to ensure smooth operations.● Provide cross-departmental backup to Accounts Payable and Billing roles.* Perform additional tasks, duties or projects as requested.*Skills, Qualifications, & Experience:*● Five (5) or more years’ experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator, ideally within a multi-location manufacturing setting.● Familiarity with production processes and documentation, including production planning/scheduling activities.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, NetSuite experience preferred.● Understanding of basic accounting principles; bookkeeping experience helpful.● Knowledge of multi-location inventory management and order processing.● Positive outlook and attitude, with a determined and success-driven work ethic.● Works well with others in a collaborative manner and helps foster a supportive work environment.● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and within deadlines.● Self-starting, with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.● Close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation is critical.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Join our team as an Administrator where your skills will contribute significantly to our production processes and overall operational success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsWork Location: In person
