*Job Summary*The Housekeeping and Laundry Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility, ensuring that all housekeeping and laundry operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of housekeeping/laundry staff while upholding high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping/laundry management, floor care, and industrial cleaning, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.*Duties** Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.* Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring timely laundry processing and delivery* Manage and train housekeeping/laudnry staff, providing guidance on best practices in cleaning and maintenance.* Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.* Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and order.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.* Address any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping and laundry services promptly and professionally.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department in relation to health care regulations.*Qualifications** Proven experience in housekeeping/laundry management or a similar role within the health care industry.* Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.* 5-10 years of experience in health care settingJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* What is your salary expectation?Work Location: In person
