Pipe Cutter

Fenceworks LLC a leading fence contractor in the construction industry is seeking an experience pipe cutter. The Pipe Cutter is responsible for accurately cutting various types and sizes of pipe according to work orders. This role requires proficiency with pipe-cutting tools and equipment, and the ability to read tape measures and instructions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.*Key Responsibilities:** Accurately measure and cut pipe materials, including *pre-galvanized* and *hot roll* pipe, to specified lengths and widths.* Operate a variety of pipe-cutting tools and machinery.* Interpret and follow work orders and instructions with minimal supervision.* Perform weekly inventory of pipe materials and communicate restocking needs.* Ensure work area is kept clean, safe, and organized.* Report any equipment maintenance needs.* Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.* Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals.*Qualifications:** Proven experience cutting pipe of various types, sizes, and gauges, including round, square, and rectangular pipe.* Ability to use hand and power tools related to pipe cutting.* Strong understanding of how to read and use a tape measure with precision.* Familiarity with pre-galvanized and hot roll pipe.* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a shop environment.* Willingness to work overtime as needed.*Schedule:*· Start Time: Normally 6am, varies, with overtime to be expected.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyApplication Question(s):* What kind of pipe cutting experience do you have?Ability to Commute:* Riverside, CA 92501 (Required)Work Location: In person
