Lulabell's Dockside overlooking Lake Beulah in East Troy, Wisconsin, is searching for experienced, energetic *Servers*Fine Dining Experience a plus. Menu ranges from casual Sandwiches, Fish Fry, and Pizza to Steak and Lobster.Cozy Supperclub atmosphere. Inside and Outside Dining.Our guests come from the local area year round, and from out of state during the summer.We also attract many boaters from the piers in front of the restaurant.We use the TOAST POS system.*Experience required.*Responsibilities- Utilize POS systems to accurately process customer orders and payments.- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks (*if hired as a Bartender.*)- Adhere to food safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours.- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and promote featured menu items.- Apply fine dining experience to deliver high-quality service to guests.Qualifications- Experience in serving roles- Proficiency in POS systems, including TOAST- Strong customer service skills with a focus on fine dining establishments- Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent time management- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practicesJob Type: Part-timePay: $4.00 - $8.00 per hourExpected hours: 6 – 24 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid trainingShift:* Day shift* Evening shiftExperience:* Food service: 2 years (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* East Troy, WI 53120: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
