Server/Food Runner

Duties:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas- Assist with food preparation as needed- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyRequirements:-Must be over 18 years old- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
