Bartender/Server

Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences- Maintain a clean and organized bar area- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders- Follow all safety and sanitation proceduresExperience:- Previous experience as a bartender or in the food and beverage industry is preferred. Bartending experience is not required for server applicants- Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing methods required for a bartender but would be nice to have for a server- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials- Familiarity with retail math for inventory managementIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have experience in the food industry, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
