*Job description*_Kitty’s Restaurant & Market Café_ is a bustling café with a separate dining room & bar serving Brunch & Dinner located in Hudson, NY directly across from the Hudson Amtrak station.This is a line cook position for the Market and dine in day time offerings. Kitty’s is expanding our team and are in search of line cooks with proven experience to join the kitchen crew.Our menu is a refreshing blend of classic and contemporary comforts with an emphasis on seasonal regionally sourced ingredients.We are looking for confident reliable line cooks who know their way around a kitchen.
