*Job description*_*PLEASE NOTE: (location and shift differ in pay rate)*_*SATURDAY and SUNDAY 8a.m-3p.m or 3p.m-10p.m* (will stay longer to complete proper shift change)*Able Independent Care, LLC*- Support Individuals with Developmental Disabilities of all ages in their goal for Independence.*Candidate-*Has to be reliable, friendly, professional, dependable, responsible, loves working with Individuals with disabilities and _*doesn't need to be micromanaged*_. Can be supportive but firm. Reliable transportation to and from work and valid drivers license with insurance. Must have GED/high school diploma.*Responsibilities** With valid drivers license Transport individuals (Shopping, activities, health care appointments, work, outings and other places needed)* Complete daily documentation and monthly outcomes according to the individuals plan and ABLE before leaving each shift* Ensure a safe and clean environment.* Assist Individuals with all types of disabilities (physical, mental, developmental)* Other duties will follow to support the agency and individuals and is subject to change at any given time.* Willing to assist with hygiene needs (toileting and showering/bathing) Follow universal precautions and cleaning task* Must be willing to cook, clean, and spend time with the individual during shift (things that will interest them)* Must be Level One medication certified* Mush have CPR/FA certificateWill have to complete all required training's to keep employment according to the Dept of Mental Health (KCRO) standards each year and or as needed.
