Floor Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties: - Manage and supervise the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders - Ensure smooth operation of the dining area, bar, and other customer service areas - Train and mentor staff on customer service standards and proper food handling procedures - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment - Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift - Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders, manage reservations, and track sales data - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of food orders Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of catering operations, inventory control, and food preparation - Proficient in using Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during shifts - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
