The position works closely with the maintenance team and the Property Manager to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved.*To be considered for an immediate interview, we are looking for a candidate that has experience with:** REALPAGE/ONESITE/ experience a must* Possess time-management skills.* Be able to follow procedure and instruction.* Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work.* Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants.
