This individual will play a key role in facilitating negotiations between parties, ensuring fair settlements, maintaining compliance, and delivering outstanding service to clients.*Key Responsibilities:** Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, securing favorable outcomes while adhering to legal and company standards.* Provide responsive, professional support to client inquiries and concerns throughout the negotiation process.* Accurately document all negotiations, agreements, and communications to maintain detailed and organized records.* Manage multiple settlement files concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.*Requirements:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in bodily injury claim negotiations is preferred.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex matters.* Proven ability to multitask, follow directions, and work independently with precision.* Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented with a client-first mindset.* Proficiency in standard computer systems and case management software.*Technical Skills** Proficiency with legal case management software* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for lien analyses* Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid portal systems* Understanding of medical records management* Experience with electronic document management systems* Ability to type 40+ WPM*Personal Attributes** Detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping abilities* Persistent and creative problem-solver* Strong analytical skills* Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines* Patient and professional demeanor when dealing with difficult negotiations* Team player who also works well independently* Commitment to client advocacy* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately*Working Conditions** Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional flexibility required* In-office position* Fast-paced law firm environment* Occasional direct client interaction*Compensation & Benefits** Competitive salary commensurate with experience* Performance bonuses based on negotiation results* 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) with employer match* Paid time off* Professional development opportunities* Potential for advancement within the firmKJ Injury & Accident Lawyers, PC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
