Assistant Leasing Manager

* *Please note all interviews are held in person at API's corporate office in Irvine, CA - Applicants must be available to work on the weekends.**Full Time Assistant Leasing Manager for under 150 unit complex located in Chino.**Full-Time Compensation includes: Salary, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Bonuses and Paid Mileage.*Preferred bilingual and able to speak Spanish proficiently.Requirements: Property Management experience of 2 years minimum.The ideal candidate will be self motivated, detail-oriented, possess high integrity, have strong customer service skills and enjoy the challenge of problem-solving.Job Functions:* Collect, record, and deposit rental payments, application fees, security deposits, etc.* Prepare and coordinate vendors for apartment turn-overs.* Prepare documents and paperwork to company standards.* Ability to deal with diverse residents in a professional and courteous manner.* Enforce community rules.* Coordinate maintenance of the property with appropriate vendors.* Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.* Following up on leads for potential renters.* Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations.* Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees.* Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues.* Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.* Keeping an eye on community facilities such as mailrooms, fitness centers and laundry rooms.Job Type: Full-Time.API Property Management provides equal employment opportunity.
