*Job Description:* The Project Operations Technician facilitates fulfilling customer’s paid sales orders in preparation for shipping. Engineers may validate device functionality, unbox and sim, scan, stage & kit, apply external cases/screen protectors or other customer requested device manipulations and/or follow written work instructions to configure devices to customer specifications. Project Operations Technician duties include cloud-based portal manipulation, internal and external customer correspondence, advanced customer specific reporting and compliance adherence. The Project Operations Technician is responsible for coordinating with the CSS team and their manager, and occasionally with customers, to manage customer-specific processes and documentation. This role ensures all deliverables are completed on or before deadlines and provides status updates to the CSS team and their manager, as needed*Job Responsibilities:* A Project Operations Technician candidate shall be able to, but are not limited to:* Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.* Understand Quality Management System and apply standard operating procedures.* Understand and use good documentation practices for all work-related correspondence.* Manipulate devices (routers, tablets, phones, and other electronic devices), users, and settings within cloud-based portals for clients as needed.* Maintain digital records of all documented work to include but not limited to photos, video.* Train Technicians with skills needed to complete projects.* Update and communicate information to external and internal parties through platforms such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Google Docs.* Ensure inventory levels are monitored & reported to all responsible parties.* Participate in video conferencing with external customers, partners, and internal teammates.* Assist Department Manager with Process and Procedure creation when needed.* Phone check incoming inventory.* Unbox and Sim devices for customer orders.* Scan and send device identifiers to Verizon or internal teams for activation.* Stage, Kit, apply liquid glass or screen protector, Asset tag, and/or additional device manipulation based on paid sales order or specific customer work instructions.* Follow written and verbal instructions while documenting progress in NetSuite or another digital database.* Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.* Fulfilling orders, scanning information into provided sheets.* Follows all quality management processes, procedures, and work instructions as established.* Recognize and report any problems or nonconformities in the production process to management.* Other duties as assigned.*Qualifications & Education: *A Project Operations Technician candidate must have at a minimum:* A high school diploma or GED.* Experience at CSG or similar job setting for at least one calendar year.* Experience in a production or warehouse environment.*Training: *A Project Operations Technician candidate must go through documented training with a qualified trainer or otherwise appointed personnel and demonstrate competency in performing the job. A person being transferred from within to this position must have worked in the area and demonstrated the required technical skills necessary to perform this job.*Skills: *A Project Operations Technician candidate shall be comfortable with, but is not limited to:* Experience in device manipulation, setup, and configuring mobile hardware/software.* Working independently or in a group setting to complete written or verbal instructions.* Multi-tasking and detail oriented.* Strong problem-solving skills* Sitting for extended periods of time.* Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines.* Ability to delegate tasks accordingly and ensure a timely completion rate of workload.* Team player with strong organizational skills.* Ability to work well under pressure.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
