Banquet Bartender

*Position: *Banquet Bartender*Location: *Three Village Inn (150 Main Street, Stony Brook, NY)*Qualifications:*-Prior working experience as a bartender.-Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.-Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.-Relevant training certificate preferred.*Job Duties and Responsibilities:*-Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons.-Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks.-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.-Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.-Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.-Comply with all food and beverage regulations.*Pay & Perks: *-Hourly pay-Paid Time Off for Full Time Employees-401K for Full Time Employees-Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits for Full-Time Employees*The Company:*Lessing’s Hospitality Group is comprised of over 100 locations throughout the Northeast and Florida.
