*Job description*Clear Staff is helping a client in Wheeling for a Seamstress.Payrate:$19Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pmSkills:Previous sewing machine experience is desired.Familiar with the following machines:* Juki Serger* Juki Straight Single Needle* Juki Double Needle* Juki Overlock/Cover stichWorks with a sense of Urgency and can switch between tasks quickly when askedStrong sense of responsibility and accountabilityReliable attendance and reliable transportationAttention to detailMust be able to sit or stand for long hours throughout shift depending on the given taskMust be able to understand and follow process specifications and use them to complete assigned tasksGreat communication skills (Must be fluent in English)Must be able to lift 10lbsWorks well in a teamResponsibilities:* Complete given orders efficiently and cleanly during daily shifts* Follow specified company policies and processes as directed* Meet or exceed given quotas for the day* General machine operating knowledge* Re-threading machine, replacing needles, and winding bobbins.* Perform general machine maintenance such as cleaning and small repairs.
