We are hiring for multiple positions and open to experiences.*Who We’re Looking For:*Experienced *Bartenders and/or Bar Managers* who lead by example, thrive on the floor and believes in hands-on, people-first leadership. Final responsibilities and pay will be determined by role hired into.*The Right Bartender Candidate:** Bartending experience wanted - serving beer, wine and high-end spirits with a passion for mixology and craft cocktails* Excellent communications and customer service skills* A hands-on style—willing to jump in whenever and wherever needed above just standing behind a bar - placing orders, making drinks, running food, bussing, etc…* Familiarity with *POS systems (Toast experience a plus)*.* A drive to grow with the business, upsell, crosssell and help elevate our brand* MI TIPS/Serv Safe Alcohol & Food Handler certification will be necessary* As any service industry position especially during summer/tourist season – nights, weekends and holidays will be necessary*Ready to roll up your sleeves, take the step and lead from the floor building a lasting career?* If you’re a natural leader who loves people, great drinks, tasty food and high standards—and you’re ready to join a team that treats each other like family—we’d love to meet you.*Key Bar Manager Responsibilities:** *Operational Oversight:* Manage daily staffing and operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.* *Staff Management:* Hire, train, and supervise staff including baristas, servers, bartenders. Ensure proper staffing levels and foster a positive and productive work environment.* *Customer Service Excellence:* Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests.* *Inventory Management:* Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure stock is organized and maintained. Control waste and prevent theft.* *Financial Management:* Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance. Prepare and track sales, manage profit margins, and ensure cost-effective practices.* *Compliance:* Ensure that all food safety, health regulations, and alcohol laws are adhered to. Conduct regular safety and cleanliness audits.* *Event Coordination:* Coordinate special events and promotions, as well as plan themed nights to increase customer engagement and traffic.* *Marketing & Promotions:* Work with the leadership team to promote specials, events, and seasonal offerings.
