Bartender

*Who We Are:*The Pour House Tavern is a neighborhood-focused bar & grill serving up hearty food and cold drinks seven days a week. We’re known for our reliable hospitality, welcoming staff, and familiar community feel.*The Role:*We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Bartender/Server to join our crew. In this hybrid front-of-house role, you’ll work both behind the bar and on the floor depending on business needs. You should feel confident running a busy section, mixing drinks quickly and accurately, and delivering consistent, friendly service.This positions schedule is part-time, Sunday-Wednesday.*Responsibilities:** Provide timely, attentive service to bar and dining guests* Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency* Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar and server station* Uphold OLCC and food handling regulations at all times* Communicate effectively with back-of-house and fellow front-of-house staff* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shift culture*Requirements:** Must have or be able to obtain valid OLCC and Food Handler certifications* Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar setting* Strong multitasking and guest service skills* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed* Must be 21+*What We Offer:** Minimum wage with strong tip potential* Supportive team environment with growth opportunities* Free MealsJob Type: Part-timePay: From $15.05 per hourAbility to Commute:* Springfield, OR 97478 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Springfield, OR 97478: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
