Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders.Requirements:- Previous experience is helpful in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as a restaurant manager or assistant manager.- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.Preferred Skills:- Experience in bartending or serving.- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.We offer competitive compensation based on experience and performance.
