You will be working in the various food and beverage locations on our property including the Alstadts Ale House and our Two Rivers Tacos food truck!You'll be expected to: take guests orders (when in food truck), make food in a timely fashion, ensure accuracy of food, adhere to Health Department regulations, maintain equipment and a clean working environment.Typical hours for this position are 11am-7pm.Food Service Representatives are responsible for all food related operations.
