Experienced Machinists: Large Lathe, Manual and CNC

Hafemeister machine is a job shop located in Neenah, WI. We provide general machine work, repairing, building and welding services for all types of industries. We are currently looking for experienced machinists especially large lathe, manual, and CNC. However, any skilled machinists can apply! Candidate will produce or repair parts per customer specification. The ideal candidate would have an eye for detail and possess high quality and safety standards.*Job Duties and Responsibilities** Fabricate or repair parts per customer specifications with attention to detail* Possess proficient math and analytical abilities* Solve problems; analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution* Have proficient mechanical and technical skills*Job Requirements** Proficient understanding of lathes, mills, grinders, and/or CNC operation* General understanding of metal characteristics and grades* Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements* Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints* Ability to work individually, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness, in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.*Minimum Qualifications** Machine shop experience with manual and/or CNC machines* Programming experience preferred* High School diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship preferred* Valid driver’s license required*Schedule*First shift – Monday thru Friday 6:00 am to 3:30 PM (Standard 45 hour week)Overtime available*Compensation*$25-$36.44/hr. based on experience+ Competitive Compensation PackageJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $36.44 per hourBenefits:* Health insurance* Health savings account* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursementWork Location: In person
