2nd Shift Extrusion positions

Operators work 8 hr. shifts Monday thru Friday.Employees can earn up to $4000.00 per year profit sharing.Extruder operators are responsible for maintaining all aspects of a plastic reprocessing line.a) Operators will hand feed material into a batch operation that feeds an extruder.b) Review extruder parameters for correct settings.c) Check quality of material being produced.d) Weigh, label, and record all finished material.e) keep work area clean and organized.Operators must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have good time management skills. Overtime is available, but not mandatory. Employees with good production, attendance, teamwork, and quality reviews can earn two separate profit sharing payments of $2000.00. which are paid out in June and December. Full time employees receive Paid holidays, vacation, and personal time. Quarterly raises by evaluation of performance.
