OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Founded on the principle of collaboration with customers, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and dependable service.*Summary*We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented *Operations Associate* to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating the shipment of goods, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the timely replenishment of inventory for our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) channels. This is a hands-on support role—not a management or senior-level position—ideal for someone who is highly organized and confident in handling shipping and inventory systems.*Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate shipping and delivery, including obtaining freight quotes, booking shipments, and tracking deliveries for FBA replenishment* Manage FBA-related processes such as creating shipments, printing/canceling labels, and monitoring shipment statuses in Amazon Seller Central* Reconcile shipping invoices and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with the accounting team* Perform accurate and timely data entry related to inventory, shipments, and purchase orders* Maintain well-organized records of shipments, tracking details, freight charges, and vendor communications* Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, customer service) to ensure smooth operations* Assist with general tasks, including preparing shipping documents, and updating spreadsheets*Requirements:** 1–2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role preferred* Familiarity with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes and Amazon Seller Central is a plus* Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and time management skills* Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and tracking* Good communication skills, both verbal and written* Must be dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment*AVAILABLE COMPANY BENEFITS:** 401(K) Program with company match.* Healthcare insurance for full-time employees (Medical, Dental, Vision).
