This role will carry out the entire manufacturing process for our upholstered panels, from machining the components, to assembly and upholstery. We are looking for someone with upholstery experience that can hit the ground running. An ideal applicant thrives in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and deliver results on time. Depending upon performance, this applicant could promote into a management position as our team grows. Please be sure to list all of your qualifications and accomplishments relevant to this type of position in your resume or initial contact to us.*Key Responsibilities:** Operate a CNC machine to cut components before final assembly* Final product assembly and upholstery* Bag and package products to prepare for shipment* Palletize product methodically for secure shipment* Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packing materials, and supplies* Log daily updates with project progress* Keep work areas clean and organized*Requirements:** Must have upholstery experience* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects occasionally* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Good communication and organizational skills* Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily goals* Reliable team player with a positive attitude*Schedule:* Full-time, Monday through FridayJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Paid time offExperience:* Upholstery: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
