Property Caretaker - Private Residence

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a private residence. This hands-on role includes ensuring all household systems function efficiently, managing vehicles and watercraft, and coordinating with vendors and contractors when necessary. The ideal candidate will be highly self-sufficient and capable of executing a wide range of responsibilities independently, with minimal reliance on third party vendors.*Schedule:*24-32 hours during weekdays. Occasional evening or weekend availability may also be required.*Responsibilities:** Oversee and maintain all household systems, including HVAC, security, Wi-Fi, cable, and other mechanical/electrical components.* Manage scheduling and upkeep of vehicles and watercraft, including service appointments, registration, and seasonal storage.* Troubleshoot and maintain home office and entertainment systems.* Coordinate and supervise service providers such as cleaners, repair technicians, contractors, and delivery personnel as needed.* Manage seasonal vendors, including lawn care and snow removal services.* Assist with lawn and garden maintenance as needed.* Support special projects and occasional household tasks as assigned.*Qualifications:** Demonstrated experience in property management or private estate care, with a strong capacity for hands-on involvement in daily operations whenever possible.* Experience coordinating and supervising vendors and contractors.* Knowledge of vehicle and watercraft maintenance.* Strong technical aptitude with home systems including mechanical, electrical, and IT-related components.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.* Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.* High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.* Capable of lifting 25–45 pounds and performing moderately strenuous tasks.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Job Type: Part-timePay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 – 32 per weekBenefits:* Paid time offSchedule:* 4 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shiftWork Location: In person
