Landscape Lighting Technician

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Lighting Technician to join our growing team.*Position Summary:*The Landscape Lighting Technician is responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of outdoor lighting systems. This includes everything from placing fixtures and running wire to balancing transformers, setting automation systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires physical stamina, technical know-how, and great attention to detail.*Key Responsibilities:** Install landscape lighting systems, including transformers, outlets, fixtures, and automation systems* Read and interpret work orders and installation drawings* Run and bury low-voltage wiring neatly and safely* Complete all work to company standards with minimal supervision* Diagnose, service, and repair existing lighting systems* Complete Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) services on schedule* Work effectively in a team environment while meeting time deadlines* Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles* Communicate professionally with customers and team members* Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform ladder work (extension and frame ladders)*Requirements:** Valid driver's license with clean driving record* Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including summer heat* Basic understanding of home electrical theory (strongly preferred)* Ability to take initiative and complete assigned tasks without direct supervision* Proven employment history and strong work ethic* Comfortable working around other trades/vendors on-site*Performance Expectations:** Fully trained in Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) within 3 months* Able to complete full basic install independently within 6 months*Tools and Equipment:* Technicians are responsible for maintaining basic tools required for the job (tool list will be provided upon hiring).Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 – 46 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* On-the-job training* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shiftAbility to Commute:* Clearwater, FL 33756 (Required)Work Location: In person
