It features a sushi and an Oyster bar, A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, Hyper Fresh Seafood, and an extensive menu of Modern Asian Cuisine. The restaurant has Spectrum Dining, a fully immersive 5D projection room, 3,000 square feet of outdoor dining and lounge, as well as extensive wine and Sake offerings with classic and featured craft cocktails.Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional sushi dishes and a strong background in the culinary arts.Responsibilities:- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders- Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi dishesExperience:- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques- Familiarity with food safety regulations- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail- Experience in menu planning and meal preparationSkills:- Dietary aide- Food handling- Culinary expertise- Experience in the food industry- Fine dining experience- Proficiency in food service operations- Menu planning skills- Meal preparation techniques- Knowledge of food safety standards- Kitchen management abilitiesThis is an excellent opportunity for a talented Sushi Chef to showcase their skills and creativity in a dynamic culinary environment.
