This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment when busy without distraction.We want friendly engaging bartenders who promote a positive attitude towards all.*Duties** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.* Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; advising on needs and supplies.* Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards..* Utilize POS system for processing orders and managing tabs.*Experience** Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.* Familiarity with food safety practices in a restaurant or bar setting.* Basic understanding of retail math for managing tabs and cash handling.* Experience in high-volume fast pace environment is A plus when those times arise.* upsell menu items effectively.* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends.
