Industrial Sprayer

*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings and finishes to various surfaces using advanced spraying techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial painting processes, as well as experience with various tools and equipment. The Sprayer will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our production standards.*Responsibilities** Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.* Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to specifications.* Maintain and clean spraying equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.* Assist in materials handling and organization of the workspace.*Experience** Proven experience in industrial painting or construction painting is preferred.* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.* Knowledge of auto body repair techniques can be beneficial.* Experience operating forklifts is an advantage.* Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery related to the painting process.* Skills in welding or machining are considered an asset.* A strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Join our team as a Sprayer, where your expertise will contribute significantly to our production process while working in a dynamic environment.
