Production Baker

Join a fun, creative team–and women-owned small business–located in the heart of Charlottesville. Our bakery-cafe offers eight different flavors of cake by the slice each month, in addition to whole cakes, savory fare and more.Production Specialist to join our kitchen team with a focus on high volume baking, with additional support in all areas of production from batter and frostings to cake assembly to our weekly tea service prep.Minimum 1-2 years preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual and hard-working, with a willnessness to learn, train and grow with our business.
