We are a faith-driven, Christian-based business seeking a skilled and values-aligned Bench Jeweler to join our team. This role focuses primarily on jewelry repairs, with an emphasis on high-quality craftsmanship, reliability, and a heart for service.*Key Responsibilities** Perform expert-level repairs on silver, gold, and platinum jewelry* Use laser welding equipment for precise repair work* Tasks include:* Ring sizing* Stone setting* Polishing and cleaning* Rhodium and gold plating* Maintain excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail* Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional* Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customers*Note:** CAD design and engraving are not required* Experience with laser welding is preferred*Qualifications** 1–4 years of experience in bench jewelry repair* Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity* High attention to detail and commitment to quality* Trustworthy, dependable, and customer-service oriented* Comfortable working in a Christian workplace that emphasizes integrity, humility, and service* Willingness to collaborate and contribute as part of a close-knit team*Job Details** Flexible part-time schedule (25–30 hours per week)* Competitive pay: $27–$32 per hour, based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hourWork Location: In person
