Now, we need a key employee to join our team so we can continue to help new customers and clients!*Responsibilities:** Daily documentation of any type of communication, work performed, via photos and written through our software to staff and insurance carriers.* Ability to gain customers' trust and get the work signed by explaining our process, managing and answering all customer's questions.* 24/7 Emergency response at customers requests performing necessary tasks.* Work closely with the production team, office staff and supervisors.* Ensure client satisfaction.
