Our Irvine location is growing, and we’re looking for motivated *Line Cooks and Prep Cooks* to join our kitchen team!*Positions Available:** *Line Cook** *Prep Cook**Line Cook Responsibilities:** Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant standards* Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency on the line* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff in a high-volume setting* Ensure consistency in plating and portioning*Prep Cook Responsibilities:** Follow prep lists and recipe packets to plan daily tasks* Wash, chop, slice, and prep ingredients as needed* Accurately measure and season per recipes* Prepare basic dishes (salads, appetizers, entrees, sides)* Execute basic cooking techniques (stocks, sauces, braising, roasting)* Keep kitchen clean and organized; wash dishes and sanitize surfaces* Label, stock, and rotate ingredients per food safety standards* Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and service* Maintain clean equipment and workstations, including occasional restroom deep cleaning* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines*Qualifications:** Prior kitchen experience is preferred (especially for line cooks)* Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong communication and time management skills* Reliable transportation* Be able to lift more than 40 lbs* Food handler card training hours provided (if needed).* Must have weekend and holiday availability.* Meet the minimum standard working hours as set by the company.*Benefits:** Competitive hourly pay + tips* Opportunities for growth within Kei Concepts* Supportive and dynamic team environment* Meal discounts and more*Location:*Sup Noodle Bar – Irvine, CA*Apply Now!*We’re hiring immediately for energetic and reliable kitchen staff.
