General Manager

*Brief: *The General Manager’s function is to oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operation and to ensure that communication is occurring between the team, leadership and the Vessel Kitchen brand. Their responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the hiring, training and staffing of the restaurant, adherence to brand standards and financial expectations, and the management/leadership of their team and team’s culture.
