Production Bread Baker

*Job Overview*We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our bakery, ensuring that all products meet our high standards for taste and presentation while adhering to food safety regulations.*Responsibilities** Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including but not limited to burger buns, hot dog rolls, pretzels, sub rolls, pizza crust, salty bread etc.* Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.* Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; assist with ordering as needed.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.*Skills** Proficient in production bread baking.* Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food safety and handling practices.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Strong attention to detail, ensuring all products are made to the highest standards.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.* Ability to physically lift 50 lb. consistently.Join us in creating delicious baked goods that bring joy to our retail and wholesale customers!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 40 per weekWork Location: In person
