Head Bartender

*Overview*We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a Private Club environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our members by crafting high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The Head Bartender will also schedule other Bartenders and order liquor, other beverages and supplies*Duties** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety and compliance with local laws.* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to support catering events or special functions as required.* Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotional offerings to enhance sales opportunities.* Set up and break down of main bar and ad hoc bars.*Experience** Previous experience in bartending or a related role in a restaurant, private club or fine dining environment is preferred.* Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine pairings is advantageous.* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.* A background in catering or event services is a plus but not required.Join us as we create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourShift:* Day shift* Evening shiftShift availability:* Night Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Eastchester, NY 10709 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Eastchester, NY 10709: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
