The Guest Service Agent is responsible for making reservations, checking in/out guests, ensuring guests experience is superior, and maintaining the proper appearance of the lobby and public areas. Optimal attributes for this position include effective communication skills, a pleasing personality, being a good team player, being well-groomed, and having a professional appearance.
